Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and fix it.
You have the right to return your order within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period of fourteen days starts in the moment you or a representive of your third party, other than the carrier, receive the product(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel or change your order as our shipping department prides itself on getting products heading our customers' with enviable speed.
We ship from Italy. Most likely not. Some shipments may incur customs fees for some countries extra EU. The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits, etc. The recipient is the one responsible for any customs duties.
