Steps
1. Fill out the quotation request
Upload an image of your concept or logo, describe any unique requests, and our team will get in touch with you within 24-48 hours.
2. Design with us collaboratively
Coordinate with our team regarding your envisioned design. Once the final version is agreed upon, we’ll send you a free price quote and a visual mockup.
3. Confirm your order
After finalizing your LED-Neon signage/graphics and accepting our quote, we’ll issue an invoice for the product, which you can pay via bank transfer.
4. We start the production
Once payment is received, we begin the manufacturing process. Please note that production and delivery typically takes around 2-3 weeks.

You only pay once you approve the design and confirm your order.
Once payment is confirmed and your custom design is approved by our Italian artist:
- Production takes only 4 business days
- Shipping takes 1–2 days within Europe 2–3 days to the US, and 4–5 days to the rest of the world
We use only premium express couriers like FedEx, DHL and UPS. A tracking number will be sent as soon as your artwork ships.
