We aim to provide a smooth and efficient delivery experience for our customers. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our shipping procedures, costs, and responsibilities.

2. Shipping Areas

European Union (EU):
Products shipped within the EU are delivered under the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) model. This means that no additional taxes or duties are required upon delivery.
Non-European Union (Non-EU):
Products shipped to non-EU countries are delivered under the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) model. The courier may issue an invoice for duties and taxes required by the destination country’s Customs, which are the responsibility of the Buyer.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times based on the destination:
- Italy: 1-2 business days.
- European Union: 2-3 business days.
- Non-European Union: 4-5 business days, subject to customs clearance.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors such as customs delays, local courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination address and order weight/volume. The exact cost is displayed before payment is completed.
Orders exceeding a certain value may qualify for free shipping, where applicable (details provided during promotions).

5. Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure their integrity during transit. We use protective materials to minimize the risk of damage. If additional packaging requirements are needed, please contact us before placing the order.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor the delivery status. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@ledmansion.art

7. Risk and Responsibility

The Seller is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the Buyer or a designated representative.
If the goods are damaged or lost during transit, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 72 hours of receiving the order, providing photographic or video evidence of the damage. Failure to report within this time frame will void the Seller's obligations.

8. Customs and Import Taxes

For non-EU countries, the Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees that may apply upon delivery.
If the Buyer refuses to pay customs charges, the package will be returned to the Seller at the Buyer’s expense. In such cases, the refund will exclude shipping costs (both original and return).

9. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays, missing packages, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at info@ledmansion.art with your order number. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

10. Unsuccessful Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer, the package will be returned to the Seller. In this case, the Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
For re-delivery requests, the Seller will provide an updated shipping cost quotation.
