Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Exclusions
Purchases made by retailers, companies, and/or natural persons (professionals) acting for purposes related to their commercial activity are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Legal Framework
All purchases made on the Seller's website are governed by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code) regarding distance contracts.

Consumer Rights (EU Only)
Consumers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without specifying a reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery.
This right does not apply to customers residing outside the EU.

Packaging and Product Requirements

  • Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, and complete with all parts and documentation (e.g., user manual, power supply, cables, etc.).

  • Use protective material, such as transparent film, to preserve the original packaging. Avoid applying labels or tape directly to the product’s packaging.

  • Missing or damaged packaging contents will invalidate the right of withdrawal.

Return and Refund Process

  • The product must be shipped back to the address above, including the purchase order number and purchase date.

  • Consumers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns at the Seller’s expense will not be accepted.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following verification of the product's condition. Refund times may vary depending on the payment method (e.g., rechargeable credit cards).

Special Conditions

  • Shipping is the Consumer’s responsibility. The Seller is not liable for damage to the product during return shipping. In the event of damage, the Consumer will be notified and must collect the item within 30 (thirty) days. After this period, the product will be disposed of.

  • For products shipped from non-EU countries, transport, VAT, and customs clearance costs are the Consumer’s responsibility.

Exclusions from Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Works of art that have been customized (e.g., addition of frames, battery packs, or any other modifications upon request).

Requests for reimbursement or replacement will not be accepted if the product has been tampered with or modified (e.g., adding an On/Off switch or using an unapproved power supply).

Customs Duties and Taxes

If the recipient refuses to pay customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country, the goods will be returned to LEDMansion at the customer’s expense.
The customer will receive a refund for the value of the merchandise paid, minus the cost of return shipping. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.


Product Warranty

Duration and Coverage

  • The Legal Guarantee covers defects in conformity within 24 (twenty-four) months from the delivery date.

  • The warranty applies exclusively to included electrical components, provided the product is used correctly and as intended.

Exclusions

  • The warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, improper use, or connection to non-compliant electrical systems.

  • It is void if the product has been tampered with or shows unauthorized modifications.

Resolution Options

Consumers may choose to:

  • Replace the defective product (a quick and easy solution), or

  • Request collection by an authorized courier, at the Seller’s expense.

Verification and Repairs

  • The Seller will verify the reported defect and decide whether to repair, replace, or refund the product.

  • Repairs or replacements will be carried out within a reasonable period, considering availability of parts.

Damage and Risk Responsibility

Risk Responsibility
The risk of damage and/or loss of products is the Seller’s responsibility until the product is delivered to the Consumer or a designated representative unless otherwise explicitly agreed.

Reporting Damaged Goods
If the goods arrive damaged, the Consumer must notify the Seller in writing within 72 hours, providing photographic or video evidence of the damage and its packaging.
Failure to comply with this request and timeline will void the Seller’s obligations.
